A. In case of delay, the end of the massage will not be extended. Please arrive 5 minutes early so that we can start on time. In case of delay longer than 10 minutes, if circumstances allow, the full duration can be maintained by charging for the period of the delay. Please inform me if you'd like this at the start of the massage.

B. If we start late due to my fault, the original duration will be massaged for the price of the time remaining, depending on the circumstances. If this is not possible, the price of the reduced massage will be reduced by the amount of time lost. (For example, for a one-hour massage, if we start half an hour late due to my fault, the remaining half hour is free of charge.)

A. In case of cancellation within 24 hours booking a new appointment is only possible by prior bank transfer. In case of a pass cancellation within 3 hours will result in using up 30 minutes of the appointment. Cancellation without notice equals to a fine of 5000HUF:

B. Accordingly, if I cancel the appointment within 24 hours, the client is entitled to a 10-minute discount, and if I cancel within 3 hours, a 20-minute discount.

- Only with prior agreement can anyone other than the client be present during the massage.

- Clients under 18 can only attend with parental presence or permit.
